Huangyan Xinxing Machinery Fitting Factorylocated in Huangyan District, Taizhou City, Zhejiang province, China was founded in 1983. Now the factory has developed to a medium-sized enterprise which specializes in developing & manufacturing Aluminum machinery fitting.
Our main products: Intake Manifold series,Cylinder Head series and Pump series. All kinds of aluminum casting part and plastic injection parts can be produced by customer's designed drawing.
Introduced a brand new project in 2007. Instead of traditional materials, we developed MR497Q nylon plastic intake manifold used in automobile engine.
Plastic parts weight is lighter,cavity is more smooth, air resistance coefficient is smaller, energy consumption is fewer and safety factor is higher. Without technology and experience,we have developed a producing system with our own feature.
Now we are cooperating with Geely Group to develope plastic and aluminum Auto parts for their automobiles.
In the year of 2001 we passed ISO9001:2000 authentication, with effort for these years, the factory's production & management standardized rapidly. In the mean time, in order to keep in line with International standard, we get ISO/TS 16949: 2009 authentication and SGS audit in 2009.
