The hidden charm of Vietnam distilled into a piece of chocolate
Because a good chocolate is primarily made from high quality cocoa beans, we have chosen to fully invest ourselves into biodynamic cocoa development and rigorous beans fermentation control in Vietnam. As Ambassador of Vietnam single-origin chocolate to chocolatiers and consumers, we ensure our beans are properly processed to allow the release of all their aromatic flavors.
Beyond our promise of quality lies a commitment of valued personal and cultural exchanges. The cocoa development in Vietnam has led us to the establishment of close collaboration between farmers and the Ben Tre School for the handicapped. Vietcacao cocoa has offered a real employment opportunity for the young, but above all, we are bringing them an appreciation of their work through the proximity established with chocolate makers and consumers.
This long process has allowed us to produce a relationship that far exceeds the simple partnership between farmers and chocolate makers; and fair-trade cocoa and handicapped organizations. We actually consider the project as a real socio-economic revolution which efforts all go toward our cocoa beans.
Today, we are pleased and proud to offer our customers this new cocoa origin, infused into chocolate bars and couvertures, for the delight of all chocolate addicts.
