Xiamen Corna Industry And Trading Co.,Ltd(Group) is a professional manufacturer with more than 10 years of experience on outdoor garments' designing and production, both OEM and ODM.
Established in 1998, Xiamen CORNA started as a small factory, and developed fast to be one of the most professional outdoor garment manufacturers in China. So far, it occupies an area of 4,500 square meters locating in Xiamen, a beautiful seaside city in southeast of China. In the year 2010, we also established our own brand logo: CORNA
The factory owns 8 production lines with skilled workers, mainly dealing in ski wear, softshell wear, down wear, board shorts, and other sports garments to Europe and North America. We always pay special attention to quality, efficiency and customers' comments and suggestions to improve ourselves, and gain much our reputation for high quality, good service and short lead-time.
CORNA orient the professionalization, and owns professional equipments to fit for different technical requirements and technicians to handle skillfully machines, such as Laser - Cutting machine, Seam Taped machine, Ultrasonic Seamless -Sewing machine, Planar Heating Press Machine, Heat Transfer Orientation Machine, Fabric hydrostatic tester.
We focus most on the quality control. There are two QC in each production line to control the quality of every process. Material quality is also very important. We use different materials from local market, and also imported from Taiwan and South Korea. All the bulk fabrics would be checked by the Cloth Inspecting machine before production, and the accessories would meet the European standard. Customers can also appoint their desirable suppliers.
CORNA also emphasizes the production and innovation. We have our own development department. Every year the designers will combine the sports with the fashion trend, and work out the popular outdoor garments for Europe and North America. Customers' designs and sketches are also available here. We can make the samples to meet different requirements.
The workshop have a month output of 20000 to 30000 pcs according to different styles, but take every customer seriously no matter it is a big or small quantity. We grow up together with many small companies, and value all the partners.
