What began as a Small-scale enterprise by our founder almost four decades ago has evolved into Sri Lanka's biggest Bicycle manufacturer catering to both local and International markets. Beginning with the importation of bicycles under the Lumala brand from Japan to steadily growing and earning a reputation for excellence in technical advances and customer service, City Cycle Industries ventured in to manufacturing quality bicycles in 1985.
With advances in product innovation and after focusing and developing the local market for a decade, City Cycle Industries entered the lucrative Middle Eastern and African markets in 1998, the European markets in 2000 and Indian market in 2004.
