Jiangyin Jiangdong Nanhua Plastic Co., Ltd. specializes in manufacturing PVC leatherette. Established in 2001, located in Jiangyin Zhouzhuang Industrial Zone, we are one of the largest manufacturers of warp knitting base fabrics, PVC films, PVC laminated flex banners, advertisement fabrics, banner substrates, vinyl fabrics, one way vision fabrics, tarpaulins and leatherette in China.
We have more than 1100 employees and cover an area of 20,000 square meters. Our annual sales amount reaches USD 17,000,000. In 2001, we attained ISO9001:2000 certification. Currently, we possess 15 warp knitting lines introduced from Karl Mayer Group in Germany, meanwhile, we have also brought 6 full sets of the most advanced laminating machine from the Taiwan area, and we have 3 sets of PVC advertising film production line, 1 set of remove film line, 1 set of vacuum line for sofa, cases and bags. To produce leatherette, there are many equipment including 150 sets of waterworks knitting machines, 12 lines of PVC laminated and coated leather film machines and 5 printing and dyeing machines.
