Shijiazhuang Boou Metal Products Co., Ltd is the factory that comes from enterprise transformation of original company which was Shijiazhuang Elegance Stainless Steel Products Co., Ltd. It set up in 1993,we are professional in investments casting with Silica Sol. Headquarter located in Shijiazhuang Xibaipo Economic Development Zone. We have two factories and a trade company. They are Shijiazhuang Boou Metal products Co., Ltd , Shijiazhuang Broaden Metal products Co., Ltd and Shijiazhuang Broaden Trade Co., LTD.
We have two factories. One is in Shijiazhuang Xibaipo Economic Development Zone, the other one is in Shijiazhuang Luquan district. Productive capacity as 180 tons per month. We can produce according to customers' drawings. We have many years experience in OEM orders. Most produces exported to America, Japan, Australia, and European countries. Some products sales in domestic. Our products including Pip fittings, valve, pump, Automobile ,food machine and so on. Materials include stainless steel, carbon steel, alloy steel, etc. We can supply castings, semi-finished products or finished products ; we can do polishing and heat treatment according to customers' request. We have advanced technology and detection means. We also goes into business in parts of forging ,sheet metal products ,etc.
We are one of the chiefs of the China Investment Casting Branch of China Foundry Association. Wax pattern and shell making workshop are semi-underground,energy conserved and emission reduced. We also adopted quick-dry rooms and mechanical hand in shell making process. We set up a ceramic core production line, it is not just satisfy our needs, but also supply to other factories.
