What is Chamomile Flower Extract?
Chamomile also called german chamomile, one of the main active ingredients is apigenin. Apigenin has a variety of biological activity, Such as inhibiting the carcinogenic activity of carcinogenic substances; often as a treatment for HIV and other viral infections of antiviral drugs; with MAP kinase inhibition; treatment of inflammation; calm and soothe the nerves, blood pressure lowering and so on. It is low toxicity, non-mutagenic compared with other flavonoids (quercetin, kaempferol flavonoids).
