The biomass fludized-bed gasifier developed by our company,uses all kinds of agricultural straws(rice straw,wheat straw,corn stalk,sorghum stalk,cotton stalk,hemp stalk etc.),fruit wood,hard wood,shell etc as raw material.After drying,raw materials will be transported into the gasifier directly.Gas fuel will be produced in a short time with high temperature pyrolysis technology.The main character of this gas fuel is no tar contained.Can represent petroleum and natural gas as heating support to all kinds of thermal kilns(steel rolling furnace,forging furnace,refractory tunnel kiln,cement rotary kiln,steam boiler,hot-water boiler,heat-conduction oil furnace etc.),no need of cleaning it.Makes the production cost lower and the economic benefit higher.Some kilns need high-quality fuel like glass furnace,ceramic furnace or power plant,then cleaning system is necessary needed.The gas fuel will be transported into these kilns or generator after it is totally cleaned.Now the technology of this equipment is relatively mature,wins many national patents.

This fluidized bed gasifier is very suitable for get electric power.Can be used in self plant or grid.Load biomass materials into the gasifier,and they will be turned into gas immediately.A cleaning system is equipped to split tar.The cleaning system is a machine,we don't use circulating water to wash tar,it will cause the second pollution.After that,a cooling system(waste heat boiler) will cool the gas down and utilize the heat to get steam.Gas storage is used to make the gas stable enough to the internal-combustion power generator.This is also a CHP system.Suitable for getting both heat and electric power.The whole process is simple and clean without second pollution.This is our biggest advantage different from all the suppliers in China.

1.What is this kind of biomass gasifier?
This is fluidized-bed biomass gasification plant.The pyrolysis temerature is about 800℃.
2.What kind of biomass materials can be used?
Woodchips,rice husk,straw,palm shell,wood pellets etc.Just make sure they are not in big size.
3.How much gas fuel can be produced?
Each set of our gsification machine can produce 600-6000M3/h.Different modes have different capacities.
4.How about the spec of the gas fuel?
The heat value is about 1500kcal/M3.(Take stevia rebaudiana as an example.)

Can be used in steam boiler,all kinds of heat-supplying equipment,internal-combustion generator etc.
