    Construction of the carbonization furnace supports "drying" and "carbonization" modes of the chambers.At the same time,there is no need to move the biomass raw material,the modes are changed synchronously due to the PLC controller.

    Preliminary prepared biomass materials should be placed into the trolleys.Then trolleys are moved to the drying/carbonization chambers,switched to the "drying" mode.There are 2 chambers,each chamer can be loaded with 1 trolley,volume of trolley is 3.6CBM,capacity of each trolley is about 2t or above.

    After the loaded biomass materials were completely dried,this chamber is switched to the "carbonization" mode.At the same time,the produced pyrolysis gas is directly into the chambers for supporting heat.Several hours when the "carbonization" process is finished,the "drying" mode chamber is switched into "carbonization" mode,and the "carbonization" mode chamber into "drying" mode,it occurs simultaneously and synchronously.The trolley with produced charcoal is taken out of the chamber and placed on the area for cooling.The empty chamber in "drying" mode is filled with new portion of biomass materials.The cycle is repeated.
