Suzhou Longyeah Lithium-Power Vehicle Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Golden Dragon Precise Copper Tube Group Inc. (hereafter as "GD Group"), which is one of the top 500 enterprises in the manufacturing industry in China. GD Group is the world largest precise copper tube manufacturer and the most powerful base for the R&D and innovation of new energy. With the leading position in the international refrigeration used precise copper tube manufacturing industry, GD Group also independently researched and developed the separator materials used in the new energy Li-ion batteries, which filled the national technology gap and broke the monopoly patents owned by Europe, America and Japan. Taking the advantage of the diversified products, which include separator materials used in Li-ion batteries and cathode and anode materials and driving by the international new energy economy, GD Group ranks the top 20 in Chinese non-ferrous metal industry and takes the lead in core technology of new energy.
Suzhou Longyeah Lithium-Power Vehicle Ltd. was constructed in June, 2009. Currently, our company has two production bases in Southern and Northern Parts of China respectively. Our Southern Factory is located in Taicang City, Jiangsu Province, and covers an area of more than 42 acres; Our Northern Factory is located in Xinxiang City, Henan Province, and covers an area of more than 82 acres. With the first phase investment of RMB230 million, our Xinxiang Factory has the annual output of 500,000 Li-ion electric bicycles.
Longyeah integrates R&D, manufacture and sale, with the first-class independent R&D team, sales talents, advanced production equipment and testing laboratory equipment. Our company has already mastered the core technology of producing electric bicycles and vehicles. Our company has an R&D team of 50 persons, including 15 senior engineers, 20 engineers, 2 senior technicians and 15 technicians. More that 80% of our team members have undergraduate degree, with the experience of electric vehicle R&D for more than 10 years. Cooperating with Shanghai Fudan University, a Doctoral Station and Institution of Lithium-power New Energy has already been set up.
