Established in 1993 under the name "Nordix". The alcohol factory falls in with the traditions in the production of wines and high-alcoholic beverages. Made on the basis of old well-established recipes, combined technologies with modern technologies, and complied with the high demands for preserving the environmental cleanness and high quality, the products of Nordix are well received on the Bulgarian market, a considerable part of the production being exported to the USA, Russia, Israel, Turkey and others. The factory is a partner of the European Union under the "SAPARD" program.
Nordix alcohol factory can proudly present its bottleling line capacity producing 5,000 bottles per hour. It also operates a can-producing-line with a capacity of 12,000 cans per hour.The vessel capacity is 2,200,000 litres and 120,000 litres cask capacity.
The factory itself comprises two technologically separated lines for primary processing of both white and red wine.
Nordix alcohol factory consists of two isolated distilleries.The first presents complete cycle of a column set with a producing capacity of 2,000 litres per day.
The second facility is equipped with 4 french pot-stills - sharan type.Every single still contains charged capacity of 1,000 litres for preparing top-class distillate.
The factory operates a high-end modern boiler-room with its own gas property.There is also a multifunctional laboratory located in the building.
The preparation of whisky consists of a technologically connected process that contains a mill section, an overboiling section, a saccharification and a section for fermentation of malt and corn for whisky and bourbon respectively.
In the end of 2012 our company won the award of Capital Magazine for fastest growing company in Southern Bulgaria with a net growth of over 1800%.
