We have the capacity to provide an outstanding coffee that comes from the South Pacific mountain range in Talamanca that is the largest mountain area in Costa Rica and where we find the largest National Park of Central America La Amistad International Park. The farms are located on elevations that vary from 1400 meters above sea level until 1620 meters above sea level where great conditions of volcanic soils, temperature and a localized dry season between the months of December until April let the beans grow and obtain all the nutrients through a slow ripening process that bring an amazing fruity, woodenly, citrusy, flavor, the body, acidity and aroma are truly candidate of what a Strictly Hard Bean should show in the cup.
We want to offer this year an amazing selection of specialty coffee from micro- lots with a certification of Origin and the information from our specialist Coffee tasters laboratory.
