It was founded in 2011, and put into production at the end of 2012. Now its annual output of fish gelatin has reached 1500 tons.
The company uses the special technology to produce fish gelatin, which was researched and developed by Qinghai Gelatin. All the important equipment can be well controlled and made of sanitary stainless steel. The main raw material is 100% tilapia skins or scales. Pure water is used in the extraction. The drying process is using band dryer and the clean area has been controlled in 50,000 class standards. All pipes, vessels and some valves are sterilized with steam.
The fish gelatin's jelly strength is between 160 and 280 bloom, the viscosity can be adjusted according to customer requirements. Transmittance is more than 90% (450nm). The quality has reached the standards of EU and USA pharmacopoeia. Now the company has obtained the certifications of ISO9000, ISO14000, ISO22000, HALAL, and KOSHER.
