And just after the independent of control group, PHIDIX became the only authorized "Global Assembler" certification, responsible for the production, assembly, sales, technical support, after-sales service, acted as the multi functional management and development center. For the convenience of management and provide better service and technical support for the terminal clients, PHIDIX, in September 2011, incorporated the wholly owned subsidiary of "PHIDXI motion control technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd." for drive control technology R&D, production and operations management.
