In the reform of enterprises, our company with current registered capital of RMB55 million was reorganized from stated-owned enterprise into civilian-run enterprise in 1997. We had developed into a comprehensive group corporation operating in import and export business, commercial trade, investment of industrial zone and real estate, etc. with an increasing turnover of USD480 million in 2007.
