Vietnam is China's largest neighbor in Southeast Asia, and it is also an important node for China to promote the Belt and Road Initiative, especially the Maritime Silk Road. According to statistics from the Ministry of Commerce of China, the bilateral trade volume between China and Vietnam reached USD 133.09 billion in 2020, a year-on-year increase of 13.8%.
The under-construction high-speed railway from Fangchenggang, China to Dongxing, Vietnam is expected to complete at the end of 2021.
The project covered the construction of a 200 km/h speed railway with the length of 47.6 km, it would be used for both passenger and cargo. Dongxing was located at the China-Vietnam border, the line would eventually form part of a Trans-Asia railway linking China with Southeast Asian countries.
Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd(AT) provided Rail Joint Bars(with washers, nuts, track bolts) for P43 and P50 steel rails for Fangchenggang, China to Dongxing, Vietnam Railway Project.
