商務(wù)電話中應(yīng)注意問(wèn)題
Notes we should pay attention to when make a call
in China although the telephone is very popular now,but we are lack of some skills and basic training on call. therefore the result of the telephone is always not Satisfied.

在中國(guó),雖然電話已經(jīng)十分普及了,但由于缺乏用電話的常識(shí)和訓(xùn)練,不能形成有效交流的案例比比皆是。由于雙方看不到彼此的身體語(yǔ)言,對(duì)于使用英語(yǔ)的外國(guó)人來(lái)說(shuō),進(jìn)行電話交流有一定的難度。所以要最大程度地使用或理解一些暗示語(yǔ),即通過(guò)聲音線索去抓住對(duì)方的 支持、贊同或反對(duì)的態(tài)度、感情很重要。
一般的電話禮儀還有如下一些注意事項(xiàng):
商務(wù)或公務(wù)電話都不宜太長(zhǎng);
電話交談時(shí)聲音不要太大。一是不必要,二是會(huì)遭人白眼;
如果接到一個(gè)別人的電話,一般要主動(dòng)提出可以幫助傳遞口信兒。大多數(shù)人會(huì)寫下一張留言條;
接聽(tīng)電話時(shí),需知道對(duì)方是誰(shuí),并詢問(wèn)對(duì)方單位名稱及所屬部門,詳細(xì)弄清一切,給被指名來(lái)接聽(tīng)電話的人以便利;
接到陌生人的電話,在不了解對(duì)方的動(dòng)機(jī)、目的是什么時(shí),接話人不可直來(lái)直去地告訴對(duì)方,同時(shí)也應(yīng)為別人保密;當(dāng)對(duì)方要找的人不在時(shí),請(qǐng)不要隨便傳話,或說(shuō)出不在者行蹤;
在電話中傳達(dá)事情時(shí),應(yīng)重復(fù)重點(diǎn),對(duì)于數(shù)字、日期、時(shí)間等,應(yīng)再次確定以免出錯(cuò),并報(bào)上自己的姓名,以表明負(fù)責(zé);
掛斷電話前的禮貌也不可忽視,確定對(duì)方已掛斷電話,才能放下聽(tīng)筒,并且不管多忙都要體貼地、親切地對(duì)待聽(tīng)筒及來(lái)電方。
