如何寫英文開發(fā)信【INTRODUCTION】很多做外貿(mào)的朋友每天都要在各種B2B網(wǎng)站平臺(tái)上發(fā)很多的開發(fā)客戶郵件。雖然效果不及在交易會(huì)上好，但是一封好的英文開發(fā)信也許能起到意想不到的結(jié)果。以下是我在福步外貿(mào)論壇上看到的一個(gè)帖子，介紹如何寫英文開發(fā)信，拿來與大家分享，另外就是在發(fā)郵件的時(shí)候，標(biāo)題欄最好寫成：Re:your products,也會(huì)有更好的效果：
第一： 說明客戶信息來源，即如何取得對(duì)方的資料。
1） We have obtained your name and address from the Internet.
2） We learned from the Commercial Counselor's Office of our Embassy in your country that you are interested in Chinese handicraft.
3） Our market survey showed that you are the largest importer of cases and bags in Egypt.
第二： 言明去函目的
1） In order to expand our products into South America, we are writing to you to seek cooperate possibilities.
2） We are writing to you to establish long-term trade relations with you.
3） We wish to express our desire to enter into business relationship with you.
第三：本公司概述
1） We are a leading company with many years' experience in textile export business.
2） We enjoy a good reputation internationally in the circle of textile.
3） We have our principle as "Clients' needs come first".
4） A credible sales network has been set up and we have our regular clients from over 100 countries and regions worldwide.
5） Located in Shanghai, we take the advantage to set up our solidified production basis in coasted and inland areas.
第四：產(chǎn)品介紹
這一部分最重要，一定花心思去寫。如果我們已經(jīng)知道客戶有明確的需求，比如需要某某服裝，那么我們會(huì)選取某某服裝進(jìn)行具體的推薦性介紹，反正就是針對(duì)客戶需求的特定介紹；如果我們只拿到客戶的名片，不太清楚客戶的需求，那么我們就把公司經(jīng)營產(chǎn)品的整體情況，如質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，價(jià)格水平，打樣速度、交貨速度等作為籠統(tǒng)的介紹。當(dāng)然附上目錄，CATALOGUE，報(bào)價(jià)單或者另寄樣品供客戶選擇也是經(jīng)常采取的做法。

2） We have a good variety of colors and sizes to meet with different needs.
3） Our products are enjoying popularity in Asian markets
4） To give you a general idea of our products,we are enclosing our catalogue for your reference.
第五：激勵(lì)性結(jié)尾
1） Your comments on our products or any information on your market demand will be really appreciated.
2） We are looking forward to your specific inquiries.
最后：任何可以打動(dòng)客戶的特殊東西都可以隨信而發(fā)或者隨樣品而寄。比如你在展覽會(huì)上和客戶拍的合照，可以隨信而發(fā)，既可以提醒客戶你是誰，讓客戶一下子就記住你，也可以更加表達(dá)你和客戶的友好關(guān)系。
