Description:
?Brown corundum?is made from Calcined Bauxite. It is hard and tough material, used in manufacturing of grinding wheels (both vitrified and resin bonded) and coated products. These grains are also used for shot blasting and as polishing media. Refractory grade BFA is used as a raw material in the manufacture of high alumina refractory. It is available in grit sizes as per FEPA for abrasive applications and group grits for refractory applications.

Corundum main chemical composition is AL2O3, its content 94.5% -97% in the other contains a small amount of Fe, Si, Ti and so on. Grade corundum corundum main ingredient is alumina, aluminum content also graded to distinguish, the lower aluminum content will lower the hardness. Corundum color: Brown Fused Alumina is a brown color, in which three black corundum corundum is commonly known as the dark black color.
Brown Fused Alumina is a high-quality abrasive grade bauxite as raw material, together with accessories, in the arc furnace by high temperature above 2250 °C refined steel. Its good self-sharpening, grinding and strong.
