About product:
Calcium silicate board is a kind of the silicon materials (ingredient is SiO2, such as quartz powder and fly ash, diatomite, etc), calcium materials (ingredient is CaO, such as lime, calcium carbide mud and cement, etc.), enhance fiber, fertilizer according to a certain proportion coordination, the copy, take or moulding process such as the autoclaved maintenance made of a new kind of inorganic building materials.
?
Product properties:
?
- Using temperature is high, whose highest temperature is 1050°C.
- Low heat conductivity , as special microstructure of product, its porosity can reach over 90%, therefore it has excellent property of heat insulation in the whole temperature scope.
- A little unit weight, high specific strength, whose specific strength (compressive strength / unit weight) is the highest in hard thermal insulation product.
- Good durability, after long used, there is no atomization and its heat-insulating property doesn’t lower.
- Easy construction, there is not any harmful materials to people, such as asbesots, sulfur, chlorine and etc.
- Under high temperature, it doesn’t burn, smokeless and tasteless, there is role of corrode retarding to steel.
